changing sampling rate vs. my DAW project settings

Hello

I am thinking to align the sampling rate of my soundId and my soundcard and project settings in my DAW

I can see soundId as 32bit 44800 Hz

For example

I use 24 bit 44800 Hz for my DAW

Is it possible and good idea to align this sampling rate to prevent from conversion in the background ?
