Windows user, SoundID Reference for headphones. It absolutely will not download profiles for any headphones. Everything used to work, but not anymore. I have uninstalled, I have deleted athe entirety of the Sonarworks AppData folder, and I have reinstalled. No good. “Average Profile download failed. Unknown Error.” Can anyone help me out here?

Issue resolved, headphone profile downloads are working again!
I'm pretty sure the servers are under maintenance right now. Not sure where to check. It's the same issue for me.
