Hey everyone. I'm trying to get my SoundID 7.1 (and 2.1) profiles to work in Ground Control Sphere. Currently as soon as a load SoundID in the output plugin, my audio mutes. I CAN see audio metering in SoundID, but it doesn't seem to pass back to Sphere.
When I bypass the plugin in Sphere, audio comes back. It doesn't seem related to channels as I've tried this in stereo, 2.1, and 7.1 and it happens with every kind of output.
I don't think this is a Sphere issue, since I can load in any other audio plugin (with the same amount of input/output channels) and it works perfectly fine. It appears to be an issue specific to SoundID.
Now… I spent a lot of money on SoundID surround to ensure I can get all this working, I'm hoping this can be looked into and fixes soon please. Thank you.

Can you provide some more details on the issue, please? If I'm understanding correctly, you have loaded the SoundID Reference DAW plugin successfully in Ground Control Sphere, but there is no output signal from the plugin? Can you double-check if the output gain slider is up?
Is Ground Control Sphere capable of hosting multiple different plugin formats, does the issue persist regardless of using VST/VST3/AU formats?
