Sonarworks Software isn't showing signal

Finally getting around to installing Sonarworks. I started the calibration software, but I'm not showing signal within the software. My interface has signal and the Sonarworks software is recognizing my interface, but it is not showing signal. I've tried multiple inputs and such, but I got nothing. Any ideas? I'm using MacBook Pro running Sierra. The interface is an Antelope Audio Zen Tour. Help!

    Is there any "ProTools exclusive" mode settings somewhere within the panel of your interface? Sometimes these exclusive modes can negatively impact how our software is getting the signal!

    Have you gotten an Answer yet on this issue?  I've noticed that Sonarworks answers via email, but does not publish the answers for all to see / update their FAQ; frustrating.

    Yet,  they immediately send a "Thank you for your purchase" and "How would you rate us..." email before you've even had a chance to install...  More frustration.
