    Hey!

The Systemwide introduces some latency due to the driver itself. Filter, however, is 0 latency (it is the same filter used in Reference 4 plugin).

And your buffer size on Mac should be adjusted within Babyface software.

Yeah, thing is - RME doesn't have a standalone latency option (only via DAW).

Same problem here with almost the same specs.

I'm having the same issue. Systemwide is currently useless for tracking even in Zero Latency mode. 60ms. Mac, MOTU896MK3.

I can use the plugin in my DAW (Logic) and take advantage of the automatic switching, but what a drag that the Systemwide doesn't just work low latency. That new feature is the reason I finally bought. Disappointing.

I may just go back to DSP-based EQ in my audio interface.

I'm trying Menubus right now, and that works so far. It lets you add plug-ins system wide (which is very cool), and the latency can be set super low. Fingers crossed.

We are putting zero latency Systemwide driver in our future plans as well, so, fingers crossed for a timely release.

    Stevefal,

So basically you're bypassing system wide and using the plugin instead? That's funny. Kinda wish I knew this software exists ;)

For lower latency, I just have my motherboard audio output wired into my Motu 2408mk3 input and use Cubase 9.5 (any DAW will do) to monitor using ASIO.

@Stevefal Thank you so much!!!! I'm using Menubus now. Honestly Systemwide needs to hire folks from Menubus to get this stuff right. 300ms lag on my VMODA CF2 Wireless aptx headphones is unacceptable. I could clearly notice the HUGE lag when watching Youtube videos.

Zero Latency for Systemwide is scheduled as one of the main tasks for our our developers and we are aiming to have it sorted for Reference 5!
