A lot of High frequencies added with correction, is it normal ?

As you can see below, after the correction, I had a lot of high frequencies added.

My first impression was I think that there were too much frequencies, but when comparing after several minutes, I think that my monitors were really muddy before correction.

So, while I think sonarworks give me the trust, isn't it a bit strange to miss so much high frequencies with professional monitors ?

I am using Munrosonic Egg100 as monitors (+ a sub), and it is strange that there is not enough high frequencies on a 2000 dollars monitoring system.

So, do you think that this kind of curve can be explained, is it normal, have you seen this kind of frequency response with other monitors, or is it my monitors that are defective ?

Hey Felix,

Could you send in a picture of your room? Quite possible that you might have something in your room that is absorbing the highs or maybe you have too much mids and low end?

Also, while checking their website, the graph that they provide also shows drop in higher frequencies (http://www.munrosonic.com/egg100-tech/)

Same here with Neumann KH120. Looks almost identically to yours. I mean, plus 6dB after 2k is way too much. As it sounds good for my ears, I left it. (also I did the measurment twice just to get sure).
