A whole new feature that I believe is a great idea

I saw that other users requested something similar, and I would like to point out that if this becomes a function of the reference plug-in, it will certainly be more beneficial than having hearing loss compensation applied on individual headphone calibration and that's because some people (like me) have fluctuating hearing loss on specific frequencies, and that will require re-measurements from time to time.

I could not agree more. To be a really good and flexible solution it should be integrated in the plugin in the way Nikos suggested.

    Very good idea indeed!

Please excuse my present lack of insight:

Any hearing tests delivering outcome data the good people at Sonarworks could use?

I mean, if we'd deliver our hearing profile in a common data format it would potentially take some workload off Sonarwork's shoulders, right?

    Suggestions?

    Hi!

Definitely a good idea and we are already working on this! The project is in early stages so we can't give away too much, but this is one of the things we're putting a fair chunk of research and development into!

That's great! What I'd like to see in that is an option to apply the eq curve to a configurable extent up to a maximum of something like 8 or 10 dbs of correction (I think if it goes beyond that it may be hurtful to the ears and we wouldn't even know it!).
