We are aware of an issue where the Measure app gives an error message during the hardware setup stage, when adding your Sonarworks microphone ID: "Microphone calibration profile download error - Failed to unzip mic archive".
Our investigation so far suggests it might be a navigational issue, related to special characters, or non-English characters (non-ASCII characters), used in the computer user name, which might cause an issue when extracting the locally downloaded microphone profile archive.
The Sonarworks Development Team is working on a bug fix for this, which should be included in a near-future update.
Workaround
Until a proper solution is implemented, the problem can be resolved by downloading the microphone profile from our website and loading it in the Measure app manually. See how to do it here: SoundID Reference Measurement Microphone and calibration profiles.

THE SOLUTION DOESN'T WORK. TRIED MANY TIMES WITH NO RESULT. STILL CAN'T PROCEED WITH THE MEASURMENT.
