SoundID Reference app config files
The config file is essential to store all the settings made over time by the user. Sometimes the config file can become corrupt, resulting in various errors like 'Preset Switch Failed' messages, crashes, app not launching, etc. Clearing the configuration data could help to resolve the issue.
Note that there are two separate config files present in two separate directories: the main file, and the backup file. Follow the instructions below.
Note: Deleting the config files will result in the deletion of stored settings only. Speaker profiles will not be deleted - the .swproj files in the Sonarworks Projects folder will remain intact.
