No signal detected
If you are encountering a "No signal detected" error during the input/output setup step, make sure to check the following:
- The correct input is selected
- +48V phantom power switched on
- The cable works
- No routing software is launched
If you are uncertain, please go back to selecting the input channel and confirm that the signal is coming through by testing the microphone and checking the audio level meter.
More solutions to this issue are described in this troubleshooting guide for speaker measurements.

Hi there,
The software is not getting any signal but the mic is working and the mac is receiving the signal. Mac os15.0
same problem mic is working but no signal
Hi Denis,
What happend in my situation was, when prompted with the question to tap the mice to get a signal.
Tapping the mic was received by the audio interface and in mac os the signal was also received. But the Sound measurement software dit not respond.
When I turned off the 45v phantom and turned it back on the software received the click and I was able to continue and make good measurements. Really weird but it worked out great. I tried every normal thing also in mac OS but notting helped except for turning it off and on again :)
I hope this is of some help to you.
Hey there! It’s really weird, but for I got the same problem, but after I on and off mic and changed mic channel for 20 times it’s helped 😁
For anyone having this issue after seeing the input signal coming through on the audio interface but not on the measurement app, I had to switch the microphone input several times within the software before it registered the signal on the app. It's a weird buggy thing but that seemed to solve the issue.
eh tolong dong ini mic nya kaga mau nyambung plsss
