Sonarworks customers are eligible to request a return of a purchased item within a timeframe of 14-days after receiving said product without hassle.
Return and Warranty requests adhere to separate sets of conditions.

- Sonarworks does not process warranty requests for purchases made through our resellers. In such cases, you should approach your vendor directly.
- 14-day Right Of Withdrawal does not apply to Individual Calibration Service.
If less than 24-hours have passed after your purchase you can also cancel your order.

How to request a return?
If you've decided to withdraw from your purchase, create a support request at the bottom of this page.
When filling a request please, put down the following information:
- Order number
- Activation key (if software product was purchased)
What will happen to my request?
When returning software, a refund will be processed after confirming eligibility and no the user doesn't have to perform any further actions. After this is concluded, your license key will be rendered null and will not be valid for further activations. The funds will be transferred back to you using the same payment channel that was used for the original purchase.
However, if you wish to return a hardware item like Individually calibrated headphones or a measurement microphone, they would have to be shipped by the customer to the following address, so Sonarworks staff can first check the state of the product.
Hardware/Software bundles cannot be returned separately and are considered a single product.
