If you can't hear any audio while using True-Fi, please make sure that you have set up your system correctly. Go to System Preferences > Sound and select Sonarworks True-Fi as your system's output device so that all outgoing audio can be routed through the calibration.
When you have selected your system's output to True-Fi, please go to True-Fi settings by clicking on the cog icon on the main True-Fi screen.
Please select your actual output device (e.g. built-in output, DAC or audio interface). Click the bell icon to see if you've selected the correct output device.
If you still have no output signal or it is very low, please check that Sonarworks True-Fi device hasn't been muted in Audio MIDI Setup. (in Spotlight search, type "Audio MIDI Setup" to open it)
Make sure that all three faders in Master Stream are set to max (Value 1,0)
