We've seen Windows set 48kHz or any other sample rate (even 32kHz) explicitly, without any notification about it to the user. Head over to: Sound->Playback Devices-> <your audio device main output> ->Properties->Supported Formats and/or Advanced Sound->Recording Devices-> <your audio device main output> ->Properties->Supported Formats and/or Advanced Make sure that the sample rate is 44.1kHz in every step there. I also have an Allen and Heath QU24 which is fixed at 48KHz. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR ALGORITHMS TO BE ABLE TO WORK AT 48KHz TOO! I have an active Speaker System with a digital crossover that only runs on 48/96 khz. Most modern digital mixing consoles are also using these frequencies. As most interfaces are easily capable of multi usage of sampling rates it would make sense to run your measurement sw on a frequency that is usable for all kinds of setups. Also the lack of a simple input of the distance between speakers is a problem. if the measurement isn't working in this particular case there should be a workaround to fill in the distance manually because it is already possible to edit it in a small range. If the algorithms only work at 44.1KHz, then build in an internal sample rate converter to knock it down to 44.1KHz, Do the analysis then up-sample it to 48KHz on the way out.
