The personalization section lets you adjust the target curve to your liking, may it be age-related hearing loss compensation or just a craving for a bit of that extra punch in the bass frequencies.
Clicking on the cog icon will open True-Fi settings where you can choose your Output device and set other settings like:
- Launch on startup.
Just as the name suggests, ticking this box will launch True-Fi and enable calibration on system start-up.
- Lower volume to avoid clipping
Ticking this box will lower the output volume by the maximum peak in the applied calibration curve to prevent the output from potential clipping.
- Captures your device's sound
Enabling this will automatically switch and lock your system’s playback device to True-Fi Virtual Audio Device.
- Exclusive mode (Windows only)
This setting grants True-Fi exclusive access to your audio output device, providing a number of benefits, including support for a wider range of audio formats.
